It is indeed a pleasure to be writing this, sitting in the dinette with the hatch open, watching the sun go down over the river.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">We have somewhat over done the physical exercise (neither of us\u00a0is used to it!) and are both moaning and groaning with our various aches and pains! I expect we will get over it by xmas!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">George is settling in pretty well, although he did get a shock last night when, due to the torrential rain, which seemed to have followed us from the Peak District, the river rose alarmingly and he couldn&#8217;t get off the boat without the aid of a gang plank (which he proceeded to fall off the side of and wouldn&#8217;t use again!) and both of us steadying him. Fortunately the level has gone back to normal now.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Sorry there are no new pics yet but I just can&#8217;t get on with the preloaded photo editing programme on this laptop (must need a 10 year old to show me how to use it!) and therefore I\u00a0haven&#8217;t been able to resize the ones\u00a0I have taken to put into the gallery. I will get it sorted soon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Must go now as my guiness is getting warm!
