Thursday 11th April
We have had quite a productive day today. Ken has put the tv aerial on the aluminium pole and we are now able to get all stations here. We had to take something back to B and Q and managed to think of some more stuff we wanted while we were there!
After we got back from B and Q we walked along the tow path to Morrison’s and did a bit of shopping. We will do a bigger shop when we move on on Saturday because we can moor up a lot closer then.
I managed to get my hair cut this afternoon at J H Beauty near M&S. I just walked in and they fitted me in straight away. The young girl (Claire) was very pleasant and has done a good job, it looks really nice. It was very reasonable too at a lot less than half the price being charged by Toni and Guy!
Tomorrow is a clothes and accessories shopping day for me and a maggots and fishing tackle shopping day for Ken. I wonder who will have the most fun?
