Hi everyone,
Greetings from the Peak District, where incidentally, it is pissing down (and has been most of the time since we arrived!), as we wait patiently for ‘Waveney’ to be finished. We went to Thurmaston last Friday, on our way here, to check on progress and make sure we would have somewhere to live after this holiday! Things are looking really good.
Kevin has done a wonderful job of the signwriting (photos to follow if I can get this new computer to do what the old one used to do!) and we were able to actually get ‘Waveney’ out of the tunnel so we could have a proper look. Classy is the word that springs to mind.
Martin assured us that she will be ready next Friday when we turn up to move in, which is just as well because we have relinquished control of no. 94 to Peter (who has all but moved in already!)
More news after the move. Not long now!
