We have spent another day here at Norton Junction and useful things have been done! Ken has fitted the newly acquired tv bracket and now we can watch tv at all angles and get to the plugs as well. The shelf upon which the tv used to stand along with our other audio visual equipment, amid a tangle of plugs and wires, is the epitome of tidiness!
While Ken was doing the business with the tv bracket I was outside cleaning the boat, including the roof. I have decided I must not let the roof get into the state it got into last year when it took me about 2 hours to clean at Coole Pilate!
After my external travails I had to clear up after Ken’s internal ones. He did make me a cup of coffee though. Then we took George to the pub, obviously. It has been another lovely day weather wise so it was very pleasant sitting outside the pub gongoozling and chatting to a nice couple from Weedon, which is the next village we will visit tomorrow when we move on.
